No experience is needed. Our lessons are designed for beginners, with small group sizes so you get plenty of guidance in the water.
Yes — all our instructors are ISA-approved and have years of experience teaching at Carrowniskey Beach.
We provide everything you need, including surfboard, 5mm wetsuit and boots. Just bring swimwear, towel, warm clothes and sunscreen.
Each session lasts around 2 hours, giving you time to learn the basics and build confidence in the water.
Absolutely. Our lessons are safe, fun and tailored to all ages, with a strong focus on small groups and personal attention.
We run lessons year-round (weather permitting).
During summer, lessons run 7 days a week from around 12:30pm, with quieter months usually around midday.
Start times may vary slightly with tides to ensure safe conditions.
