Start with a 2-hour surf lesson at Carrowniskey Strand. Afterwards, head to Old Head Beach where our good friends at Sláinte Saunas – Wild Atlantic Sauna will have a hot sauna ready, with views of Clew Bay and Croagh Patrick.
